The Intelligent Breath – 2: 1 Breathing Activity
Conscious breathing stimulates feel-good chemicals that help you to stay calm and focused. Still, even more amazingly conscious breathing has been attributed to the increase of empathy, and long levity better social connections and self-love.
This video is a guided practice to learn a dynamic breathing activity. A breathing practice takes effective for some immediately, but for most, it is an acquired result that happens with time and patience.
